Unbelievable!
My children began to read the Quran in just five lessons. I was told about this incredibly accelerated learning, but did not believe it until I saw the results for my self. Sheikh Umarmia is no doubt a genius. His style of teaching is very different from that I have experienced and he has that magical ability to help people remember things irrespective of ability. Traditional teaching approaches can take several months (if not years) before a person can read Arabic, but this need not be the case. Having observed him teach, I have filled some gaps in my own knowledge and have corrected some inaccuracies due to Urdu/Arabic mix that I was taught. Thanks to him, my children have had it easy and they have enjoyed every moment of it. Without doubt, I would recommend Arabic tuition from Sheikh Umarmia.
I along with my friends and children started learning Arabic language from him and have so far reached the second volume of the Medina university course. His teaching is exemplary and his knowledge about Arabic language is commendable. He makes the teaching more interesting by correlating it with Hadith and also issues related to Fiqh. I have found him extremely approachable and a very broad minded person always willing to learn and improve his teaching style which is a sign of a genuine learned person.
I and my family are very grateful to him for passing on his valuable experience and knowledge to us. I have no doubt with his style of teaching and hard work of his students many more students like me would be able to derive benefit from it.

You have been a very motivating teacher who has made Arabic so easy to learn. I had made many attempts in the past and was put off because I felt Arabic was very difficult to learn. But when I started with you, it started to look easy and within no time I am now able to start understanding the Quran. I am also grateful for the additional knowledge in matters from Quran, Fiqh and history of Arabic that I get to learn when I attend your Arabic classes. I have not only understood Arabic grammar but have been able to revise my English Grammar as well and this has made Arabic to English translation so easy. I would recommend your course to any student who wants to learn Arabic in a systematic manner. Inshallah they will learn Arabic in an easy and clear manner than any other course currently available from an expert Shaikh.

Coming from a non-Arabic background and not having any Arabic language skills I attended the Arabic courses with the classical medina textbooks by Professor Abdul Raheem which were by taught by Sheikh Umarmia.
The unique teaching style with emphasis placed on the grammatical construct has allowed me gain an invaluable understanding of the classical Arabic language such as reading the quran with more clarity and understanding. It has allowed me understand the prophetic hadith and Islamic jurisprudence in greater depth and enhanced my knowledge. It also have me skills to communicate whilst on umrah which was a much needed rescue.
The course is highly recommended for those that have serious interest in the Arabic language. It cannot be emphasised enough the importance of studying the beautiful language and from a good teacher such as Sheikh Umarmia. The course comes highly recommended from those that cannot go to the actual medina university but want the next best option available.
